Booking Modes:
| • Minimum stay: 7 nights |
| • Minimum stay (June 15 to September 15): 14 nights |

Final Cleaning:
| The final cleaning is obligatory. The price depends on the number of people. Please ask for price. |
| The final cleaning includes housekeeping, weekly pool cleaning (once a week), Towels and |
| bed linen (washing and ironing). |

| We will gladly make you an individual offer, if you want to rent Ca Piero for your party, |
| celebration or your event. We also support you in the search for a catering service. |
